Due to the expansion of our company a full-time position is currently open in our Tuart Hill (Perth) and Kalgoorlie office for a Client Services Officer to join our team.


  • Front desk reception
  • Preparation for consulting sessions
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Liaising with hospitals and other medical practices
  • Responding to client queries
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • All aspects of billing
  • Scanning and digital filing
  • Typing medical correspondence
  • General reception and administrative tasks as required by the General Manager


You will need to demonstrate the ability to:

  • use Cliniko software (experience preferable)
  • have an excellent front desk manner
  • have excellent telephone manner
  • be able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • be able to work as part of a team
  • have initiative
  • be respectful & understanding of clients and co-workers
  • well-developed computer skills, and someone who is comfortable working in a computerised practice
  • good typing skills
  • be neatly presented at all times
  • be able to work with attention to detail
  • be reliable
  • maintain confidentiality
